[Ham-Computers] Toshiba Laptop and XP pro

Hi - I have a new Toshiba laptop with Windows Vista on it which will not 
run my X10 Camera software so I am wondering if virtualPC or some other 
like program will run Windows XP Pro on vista so I can run the X10 
software? When one tries to load XP on a Toshiba laptop to replace Vista 
then XP does not see the HDD and unless there is a free program that 
allows this finding and formating of HDD then VirtualPC program seems to 
be my only alternative....should have not bought a Toshiba laptop but I 
did not know about this until after I bought it (Darn!) Thanks for the
