[Ham-Computers] Time springs forward

I understand, Duane.
Around here, they keep saying they have to go OFF DST in the winter because
the kids have to walk to school in the dark if they don't.
But the high school kids start earlier (still dark, anyway) and the
elementary kids aren't allowed to walk.
It makes no sense.
