[Ham-Computers] Time springs forward

Hello John,

I have a QSL from WWV dated April of 1961. They were in Beltsville, Maryland
then. If I am not mistaken, I think that both WWV and WWVH (Hawaii), on 15
meters, used the same QSL card?

They were located somewhere else prior to Beltsville, MD, anyone?

Personally, I HATE this new system! I think all of us who do should write
our Congressmen aned Senators, by regular mail - NOT e-mail, as real mail
stacks up on a desk, whereas e-mail gets the "FLUSH" button on the keyboard!
Let them know our displeasure. Especially effective NOW! It is an election
year guys! Lick and stick guys!

Yes, John, go ahead and post the history of leap year. Even though this list
has nothing to do with time, more or less, since so many of us are fighting
with our computers most of the "time", maybe some would enjoy a diversion
from the celestial solar propagation sewer unscenic tour and the silicon
sins of the modern computer!
