If you're as old as I am, you remember the former National Bureau of Standards.
These days we know it as NIST, the National Institute of Standards and
Technology.

Time sprung forward one hour in the wee small hours this morning as we reached
the second Sunday in March, today, March 9.

If you need to set your clocks and watches, try any of the following:

1. NIST time signals on 5, 10, 15 MHZ from WWV and WWVH
2. NIST talking clock at 303-499-7111 by telelphone
3. NIST Web presence at http://nist.time.gov/

Time falls back one hour on the first Sunday in November, and this year it is
November 2.

If you need to history of Leap Day, let me know!

Happy Daylight time to all!
