[Ham-Computers] Network/Virus problem?

I should have been more clear about my problem in my original post.

I should have said that I think I might have a virus as the computer has
been acting really weird lately; the main 'problem' is that it has become
very slow and the other computers on the network are also very slow.
On startup, it takes a very long time to get to a "useable" desktop and it
takes a very long time to shut down.

I have used HJT and deleted unwanted startup items.
I have checked for Adware/Spyware, etc. and found none.
I have used Vcom SystemSuite and cleaned and defragged the registry.
I have used MSCONFIG and eliminated unwanted startup items.
I have borrowed the neighbor's kitty and dog ("Cat scan" and "Lab tests")
with no help.

So, what would be the next suggestion(s)?
