[Ham-Computers] AVG Anti-Virus 8.0 - Memory hog?

The old version is not running, and I don't have any scans scheduled
- I prefer to do them manually. This is on a Core 2 Duo processor, also
with 2G of RAM. Any time I bring up Task Manager, the avgrsx.exe shows
the highest memory usage with the exception of Firefox. The worst part
is that it will not allow me to shut it down. If I could turn it off I'd
at least be able to remove it when I run DXLabs, but even with AVG
stopped, I still cannot stop that task.
