[Ham-Computers] Windows task manager

They need the programs with high "CPU" usage (will constantly change and
total 100 %) not physical size.  "System Idle Process" should almost all the
time be 95+% and all the rest less than 10 (usually combined total).  Would
bet one or two processes are running 50-100% and tying up all the CPU
cycles.
