[Ham-Computers] ijl11.dll

OS is Windows 2000.  I was doing some cleanup including cleaning out C:\temp 
and noticed a copy if ijl11.dll dated 6/5/2008 therein.  A search also found 
it, dated 10/19/2000 in C:\winnt\system32 from which I assume it has been there 
all along.  Does anyone have any idea about why an almost current dated copy 
might have been in \temp?
