[Ham-Computers] Making your computer talk!

this is what you need to do.
first goto start click on it go to programs and go to accessories goto accesibility goto narrator and click on it. this will shift the computer into talk mode. I have set my computer up this way. all computers have this fuction just for that reson to help people with hearing problems. please reply to this mail box and let me know if you have any more questions thanks and take cre.
