[Ham-Computers] Off Topic Head Cleaning Kit

Hi Don,

Thank you very much sir.

A request: Since I am totally blind, and my screen reader that converts the
text on the CRT to speech, does not always work with various web sites, may
I ask you to check for the needed item for me?

Even though the ADA, Americans with Disabilities Act, is supposed to make
information equally available to all Americans, unfortunately, it has NO
legal penalties for non-compliance. Hence, many ignore the rules set forth
by the ADA since there is no legal penalty for doing so!

The NFB Inc., National Federation of the Blind, filed litigation against AOL
for non-compliance and the court ruled against AOL! Yea for the courts and
the handicapped, but ridiculous litigation was even needed.

Thank you again -
