[Ham-Computers] E-mail attachment problems.

Possibly multiple mail accounts under a single primary user? Most ISP allow 
up to five. Each user logs on via the main account and the mail for all 
additional accounts comes down. Then she brings up her personal account? 
Maybe it is the personal password she has assigned to her one of four extra 
EarthStink mail accounts under the primary?
