:     Pass word in upper case??? Should be lower case???

Another comment from my friend:

Twice now I've told people I couldn't open the attachments, and they've
re-sent them and I can open them fine. I'm trying to clarify if they did
something different the second time.
What would cause an attachment to require a password an not open one moment,
then not require a password and open fine the next???
