Dual booting with 2 separate harddrives is no different than 1 single
drive partitioned to be 2 drives.
You just point the boot loader to the appropriate drive. If you attach
the second drive to the secondary port as a master it will be /dev/hdc1
if on the secondary as a slave then it will be /dev/hdd1 and of course
if you attach it as a slave on the primary port it will be /dev/hdb1.
