If you haven't considered Easy Backup 3 take a look at www.ajsystems.com.  I've used it for many years to b/u to floppy, Zip, CD-ROM, another drive; I prefer use of media I can safely store off premises for ultimate safety.  It handles IE and Mozilla Firefox if you use two browsers, all the usual such as My Documents, and you can do very personalized backups of folder level and file level work no that only you create.
