There's a freeware utility to do this.  Now if I could only remember 
what the name is....  do a search for startup utilities.

Another route would be to dl `Hijack This'.  It's a startup manager on 
steroids.   WARNING: you can seriously screw things up with this if you 
delete the wrong thing.  Otoh, you can safely remove what you know 
doesn't belong starting up and ignore or research the rest.  They have a 
forum and are very supportive.  Also freeware.
