[Ham-Computers] Running a Windows 3.1 App on an XP Machine

Jim,

I wouldn't think that it'd hurt anything to try it out.  I have a couple old 
DOS programs that I still run on XP-Pro SP2, and they run just fine.  Then I 
have one DOS digital mode decoding program (RadioRaft) program that will NOT 
run under XP under any conditions as it requires a com port and doesn't 
recognize the ports under XP.
