jlog is a logging app that also links out to
dx spotting.

gpsdrive is for gps mapping and also includes
a map showing the dark and light areas of the
world (helpful for time-related propagation).

fldigi is for several digital modes.

qsstv is for sstv.

vxu is for Yaesu rig cloning, control, and programming.

tk7 is to program an Icom IC-Q7A HT.

There are many others out there.
