[Ham-Computers] Trojan(?) problem

I have what I think might be a Trojan on my machine.
I get numerous pop-ups (WIN XP pop-up blocker is enabled) that say that my 
machine is infected with various virii, worms and Trojans.
I have McAfee virus scan installed and have tried everything I can find on 
the net for removal tools and nothing works to remove the problem.
I have disabled system restore and still nothing.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
