[Ham-Computers] Re Open Delete Box?

Hi All,

For some reason known only to my computer, the 'Delete Box' in Outlook 
Express has the word "open" by it. None of the other boxes do. I do not know 
how I managed to accomplish this act, so I have no idea as to how to 
properly cloce whatever it is that I have so cleverly opened!

Gentlemen, how do I perorm this task? Now remember, I can not see the 
screen, so please be descriptive with your language skills. Lay the mouse 
down, use the "enter" key to click, use the "tab" key to move from item to 
item, the up/down arrows to move through a list of items etc. All your basic 
Windows keyboard commands.
