[Ham-Computers] Head Scratcher!

Hi All,

I am receiving a message with an attachment from Switzerland. The first item 
appears as, att00026.htm and has a size of 227 bytes. What is this, an icon?

The second one is the image he intended to send and it appears as: 
x1100tmp.jpg  But every single .jpg he sends me has the identical file name! 
The size is different, but not the file name.

guys, what the heck is going on here?

I am using MS XP Home Edition with OE 6

This gentleman is the only one with this 'problem'?
