[Ham-Computers] Flakey Favorites.

A friend recently sent me the following e-mail, any ideas?

This is not a huge issue but has happened 3 or 4 times since I switched to
DSL.  For some reason, a few times when I've clicked on an address in my
favorites list, my computer will try to use the old dial-up connection,
which of course won't work.  A little window pops up with the options to
"connect" or "cancel"; if I click "connect" it tries to use the dial-up
modem.  If I click "cancel" all the addresses on my favorites list are
greyed out and inactive.  I can get around it by re-opening Explorer, but it
's somewhat annoying.  Is there anything I can do to make it stop?
