[Ham-Computers] Dell FPD-1830

I have a Dell Flat Panel Display that works...almost..... and I need
help in trouble shooting it.  The problem is apparently in the power
supply as it will flicker on when turned on and the picture is fine
though dim, then after a few flickers it goes black.  anytime you
change something it does it again but it never stays on for more than
two seconds.
