[Ham-Computers] Re Printing CD Labels

Gentlemen,
I need to print a cover for the front side of a CD case, the back sheet that
slides into place from inside the case and the round label that adheres to
the CD itself. I know that I can purchase labels and do this myself.
The problem is in cutting these front and back insert sheets out once they
are printed.
If I understand correctly, I can do both the front sheet and back sheet on
the same label sheet. Correct? Now do these inserts peel off, are they torn
off along periferations or do I need to cut them out?
I am told I can buy a kit that contains the round center labels for a CD,
has software to print them and a device that enables one to put the sticky
thing on the CD straight.
Because I am blind, cutting these things out is 'not' an option. I want them
to fit!
I have used a commercial printer to do these in the past, but the cost is
too high for small quanities, such as a hundred. About $.58 per insert, in
color, printed on one side only.
Does anyone have a better way? I can get along without the round center
label, but the other two are mandatory.
Thanks!
