I haven't tried it yet. With most software major updates, and especially
MicroSoft, I try to avoid doing the upgrade? until after the first major bug fix
comes out. With MS, that has traditionally been called Service Pack 1.
I've never had to do this (uninstall a version of IE) but as IE 7.0 was an
upgrade and didn't come with your OS, you should be able to uninstall it as you
would any other software. However, I would guess that you will have to use
your original OS CD in order to reinstall 6.x.
The last release of the previous version (at least judging by what's on my
machine) is 6.0 SP1 and some fixes after that.
