[Ham-Computers] PC Tools SpywareDoctor versus AdAware SE

My experience is using AdAware free version.  It's been a very positive 
one.  I use that, SpybotS&D, Crap Cleaner, and Hijack This.  They're a 
killer freeware quad.

On the recommendation of a magazine (PC World?) I checked out Spyware 
Doctor, which had won an award.  It seemed to work ok but didn't really 
add any value to what I was using already.  After a while I deleted it. 
  I seem to remember being annoyed by it being a bit of a hog while 
resident.

AdAware paid has an ad-watch component that isn't in the free version. 
I haven't used it though.
