The Puppy Universal Installer calls all of the necessary
apps to manipulate the HDD partitioning.

It is a complete installer in a very tiny package. The
mega-distros could learn a lot from the way Puppy gets it
done with less.

The developers are readily available on the forum.

I am hoping someone will start making DotPups of
Ham apps!
