[Ham-Computers] IE Explorer Problems

Hello,

I am running Win98SE and have a problem I would like to see if anyone knows 
whats going on.

I was just looking at some live cameras at a website and they were 
displaying but now I just get a square in left hand upprer corner and a 
black window. I have had other times I go to a site and a window wont 
display..just same square.

This site I talked about first works fine with Mozilla but not IE6. I have a 
feeling it may be a Java problem but I can't find anything that tells me I 
have an error.
