You can put together a web page in any text editor, but the page
creation software makes it much easier for you.  [real men use DOS :) ]

Check the software out at www.tucows.com  - they have great freeware and
many packages to choose from (plus a rating system).

I started out looking at web pages with the VIEW SOURCE option of my
browser.  It shows you how they do what they do.  From there, I very
slowly built my own pages.   

Look around.  With what you learn plus the help of software, you'll be
off and running in no time.
