Hi Marce, et al,

Yes, the LinkSys  BEFSR41 Cable/DSL router/4 port switch has an internal 
firewall and is fully configurable.  I had it "port checked" at several 
sites and my computer has a full, clean "bill of health" for not being 
visible or open (stealth mode).  At least until the hackers figure out 
something new 8^(.  Of course in this day and age one should never relax 
and think "it can never happen to me"!
