[Ham-Computers] Re Windows 98 And Spell Check

All M$ code is defective, Win98A is just more defective than
Win98B. the solution is to upgrade to the next version.

That was the M$ solution to lots of Win98A problems at the
time as well.

Should be able to find some surplus legal Win98B CDs out
there.
