Hi Duane,
To get it direct from the builder, I sent an Email to Customer support
at Systemax. It'll be interesting to hear what they say. (All the
machines I've had in recent years were home-built from "recycled stuff"
and I'm not used to having the luxury of Customer Support). I think
that Systemax is a separate company from Tigerdirect (who also sells
many other brands).
I'll post what I find out here.
