Man, that was quick (they have 24/7 support).  While I was at it I asked 
them why "drive C" appeared to be 10GB smaller than drive "D" when 
they're identical drives.  Their reply is below my signature.

We format fat32 for compatibility reasons. It is easy to convert the 
driver to ntfs if someone wants to do this but they can not go back to 
fat 32 after they have converted to ntfs.
 
You did not include your serial number so I do not know if you have the 
Phoenix recovery system on your drive This will take 10GB away from the 
drive. This is a hidden partition on the drive.
