[Ham-Computers] Network Problem

Maybe I gave TMI (too much information), so here goes again.
The 'first' network (modem, router, computer(s)) is set up correctly and 
operates properly.
The problem is with the 'second' network: The status for the network 
connection (The NIC) shows "Limited or no connectivity". THIS is the 
problem.
