Hi Duane,

I am going to try and help you here but I last used the program 15 years 
ago so I might be a little rusty. Hopefully though I might just type 
enough to jog someone elses brain and fingers into operation.

Hopefully we can help you but visualize and complete what you want to do.

I think we need to understand what process you go through to read an 
email. That will hopefully give us some idea of how to explain a 
solution to you. Have you moved other emails into their own folders and 
how did you do it?

Once we have this information I am hopeful that we can give you a 
solution. I will only be able to reply next weekend but I will reply if 
I can.
