Good thing opinions are just that indeed.
When MS tells you they're aware of a problem and their solution is
rebooting the computer (with nothing more than 2 pieces of MS software
on it), it's a bit of a stretch to blame the operator.

I always say that if it weren't for the people, my job would be a lot
better.
"I just changed my password, can't remember it, and locked myself out of
the system. Again."
My favorite of all time came from the CEO's wife, after I explained that
the mail server needs her login and password so no one can hijack the
entire server: "I've HAD IT with security."

I keep trying to delete Exchange, but my boss gives me this evil look
whenever I ask.

try Hijack This. GREAT tool, but too powerful for people who don't have
a good understanding of software.

sho nuff. We're about to off our last NT server.
2k is way ahead of 98 also.
But Windows still isn't the answer.

as you've demonstrated.
