[Ham-Computers] Win98 "Garbage Collector" - was "RAM Defrag"

As a former computer technician (Retired) it sounds like this computer technician (below) is trying to work himself out of a job. I always found my halo shined brighter when the boss thought I had saved a system. 
I got no credit for preventive maintainence!
