I am still smiling about DBF's wise words. So many times I have wished for the simple life, enjoyed by Frogzilla and friends!
Thanks, Aaron, for your through treatment of this issue, but please help me with one point. I follow Don's frustration and your response. Your suggestion, at least as far as IE6 is concerned, works like a charm. It's both DBF's adios, and pulling the switch on each browser close.
However, my setting are: "Override" is checked, but my First is set for "Accept," then Second is "Block," and finally "Always allow" is checked.
With the First set for "Accept," and not "Block" what can/can't I do with respect to having both First and Second set for "Block"?
I am digging through notes trying to find whether it was McAfee or Norton who recommended these settings, but so far haven't found my note. You likely use both McAfee and Norton on one of more machines, so if your setting work for you my note won't tell me it was those two sources.
I'm really curious!
John, W0IKT
