[Ham-Computers] Need help with a virus

First wuggestion would be to get rid of the Norton program and install
McAffee virus scan.
I used to use Norton for my own use and to scan computers that I was
working on and it consistently missed virus infected files.
Since I switched to McAfee, I have had no virus problems.
You can go to  http://us.mcafee.com/   and do a "Free Scan" from their
web site and maybe catch the virus.
The question of what virus program to use is like buying a car - some
people like Fords, some Chevy, etc. and virus programs are the same: it
is personnal preference.
Also, there are a lot of 'free' programs available, like AVG. . . .
