My guess is that the computer assigns a browser icon because it's saving
a URL or browser address.  You can technically change the icon to
anything you want, if you feel like right-clicking, going to Properties,
and looking around for the icon you want.  It might be doing this
because of the #nav on the end... see what happens if you try to save it
without that part.
