[Ham-Computers] Windows Explorer Strange Behavior

Well, I ran chkdsk but it didn't find anything. The strange thing is that
usually if I start WE and get the double folder display, kill it and start it
again, I don't (get the double). But once in a while, I get it several starts
in a row. No rhyme nor reason.
