[Ham-Computers] Windows Explorer Strange Behavior

I dont know how much you have starting up in the "Start Up memu" but starting up in SAFEmode (F8) might let you know if RAM is being clogged up. ALSO go to the run box and type (chkdsk /f) run or sometimes it runs when you reboot. This will check your files for a currupt file index. ANY driver that is currupted will also cause these type of problems
