WinLogon.exe is the login manager.  It handles the Logon/logoff 
proceedures on your system.

Services.exe manages the operation of starting and stopping services. It 
starts them up at boot-up (if they are set to startup at that time) and

jusched.exe is a process that is a part of Sun Microsystems Java2 suite 
(Usually installed when a user installs the JRE for java functionallity in 
a web browser).  It checks for/installs Java2 updates from Sun (Sun Java 
Update Scheduler).
