Well, it didn't the last time I checked. But that was several years ago.
Can you install InCD without installing the rest of the fluff? Does it
support DVDRW drives? Do you have to do anything other than install InCD, reboot
the machine, stick in a CDR (and wait for it to mount of course) and then read
from it or write to it with anything back to and including PFM? If necessary
(virgin CD only) format it first by right-clicking from Windows Explorer and
selecting Format?
