[Ham-Computers] Windows 3.95?

When you run windows, what comes up?  3.1 or 95?  As far as I can tell from
a quick search on the internet where there are a few mnetions of it, it is a
software bug.  At times my W98SE computer changes all the numbers viewed
through explorer to Hex.  Makes things really interesting...  I've never
figured this one out.
