Hello Duane,

This answer is top posted for your ease of reading.

As you do not have Microsoft Word, may I suggest that you investigate
getting hold of OpenOffice.org. It is a free office suite that can open
and create Microsoft Word documents and spreadsheets. It was originally
developed for linux but it was ported to Windows some time ago.

I am not sure though how it will interface with your text to speech
processor though. I would suggest asking for a sighted person to
download and install it for you. Experiment with its compatibility to
the speech processor and then if it does not work uninstall the
OpenOffice program.

If you are unable to get hold of a copy please send me your postal
address and I will cut you a CD of it and post it to you from South Africa.

Regards
Hylton
