I'm nost using Mandrake in my shack but I do have it on the computer I'm
repling to you on.
If you like Suse and have no problem getting SuSe do what you want then
Mandrake will be a breeze for you.
The only real difference between Linux Distros is the tools they
incorporate to help you setup the system.
And of course each has a different Package Manager. If you are
proficient at compiling your own programs and resolving the dependencies
then Slackware is the best in my Opinion.
Slackware is much easier to install as little as you need to run the system.
So any Linux Distro can do what you want if your willing to learn it's
setup, package manager and where it puts files.
