You use a Compression program of some sort.
There are many free ones on the Internet.
I like Filzip for use on windows it's a really nice program.
You can get it at http://www.filzip.com/
Once installed you just Highlight what you want Compressed and right click.
On the context menu it will should say add to zip or something similar.
Now depending on what OS you have depends on if you have default
Compression Capabilities.
