[Ham-Computers] Need help with MS Front Page

I just put up a second site (see links below). I am using MS Front Page to
create them. The hit counter I put on the first site is working fine. The
one on the second site just sets on "1". For a test I put a counter on one
of the pages of the first sitew and it is also working properly. The second
site is a subdomain under the first site.
Any ideas?
