[Ham-Computers] Bulk e-mail client

Mike,

Before you do this, I would suggest you do some careful thinking this through.

The spam filters are getting more powerful and selective almost daily. Anything
even remotely looks like spam, is being dumped and individuals, as well as
ISP's, being so called 'black listed'. When you send out in bulk, it looks like
spam.

I would suggest that you do some research and find people who send out a
newsletter similar to what you want to do. Call them on the phone, discuss the
issues, problems and solutions. A call often works better than e-mail.

As spammers get more aggressive, those trying to protect us get more offensive,
and more mail is, and will continue, to be lost in the battle. So look hard and
do your research. Good luck with your project.

I'm interested in using a bulk e-mail client to handle distribution of a Ham
Radio newsletter/e-Zine. If anyone is using one, has any experience with
them or can recommend one, please contact me. Thank you.
