[Ham-Computers] Re Need Program to Make Labels

I also have a HP 4P Laser printer. However, I do not run under the same OS as
you do.  	
	
Because I am totally blind and use special screen reading software to 'read' the
CRT display via synthetic speech, and because every software program must have a
special configuration file that instructs the screen reading software what to
read on the screen, I am somewhat limited as to the programs I can use. Word Pad
works fine. Will the same method that you employ to address envelopes with your
OS also work with Word Pad? If so, can you give me the steps? I must figure out
some way to be sure the envelope comes out addressed where it should be
addressed without being able to visually check it. Hence, I need a sure fire
method.

   I use size 10 envelops with my HP-4P with perfect results.

   I use Open Office under LINUX, just like M$ word.
